WARMING UP

Cardio including articular movement and stretches - Bouncing + displacement

a. Lateral x10 (each side)
b. Forward and backward x10
c. Repeat a and b with gyako tsuki

Do it with both guards (right leg in the front and left leg in the front)

KIHON MAE TSUKI (Front hand)

Put a reference mark and mae tsuki:

  • - Without bounding, making sure you do it with the propertechnique 3x20 each guard
  • - Bouncing forwards and backwards 3x10 each guard
  • - Without bouncing, pick up the technique (front arm straightand move it quickly to the ribs) 3x10 each guard
  • - Bouncing forwards and backwards making sure you pick thetechnique up to the ribs after mae tsuki 3x10 each guard

KIHON GYAKO TSUKI (back hand)

Put a reference mark and gyako tsuki:

  • - Without bounding, putting attention to the technique 3x20 each guard
  • - Bouncing forwards and backwards 3x10 each guard
  • - Bouncing forwards and backwards making sure you there islong distance from the reference point and pick the technique up to the ribs after gyako tsuki 3x10/guard

Reaction games (if you find a partner)
1. Mae tsuki- The partner opens hand and mae tsuki
2. Withou bouncing
3. Bouncing
4. Bouncing changing the distance
5. Gyako tsuki- try to hit before the partner opens his hand

If you cannot find a partner put two reference marks, head and chest, and put a timer or something that rings so hit when you hear it
