WARMING UP

Cardio including articular movement and stretches

  • - Jumping as long as possible with both knees up 3x20
  • - Jumping as high as possible turning 90o 3x20

STRETCHING

Everything on the floor:

  • - Both legs straight and rise your toes
  • - Put feet together and try to touch the floor
  • - Spread your legs looking to the floor

MAWASI GERI

  1. Bouncing, rise the knee as high as possible (both legs) 2x40
  2. Using the frame of a door, mark your height as reference point. After rising the knee up, kick in the reference point 3x30 (both legs)a) Slow b) Fast
  3. Hopping with one leg 3x10 kick in reference (both legs) a) Slowb) Fast
  4. Same as 3 but keeping longer distance between the reference point and yourself 3X10 (both legs)
  5. From bouncing 3x 1min (1min break in between). Try to kick (mawasi geri) as many times as you can.
  6. From bouncing, stay at least at 2-3m from the reference point and try mawasi geri chudan (move the reference point to your back height) moving the body when you kick. 3x 10 (both legs)

Stretching

Same stretching than in the warming up

Perform your favourite kata 3x slow and 3x fast
